Expedition

Parcels are usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment. If your payment occurs before 11am, there is a great chance that your package is shipped the same day.

The standard shipping mode is the letter followed for the smaller items (followed and remitted without signature in the mailbox) or the colissimo (followed, remit without signature). If you want a signature discount, an additional cost applies, please contact us.

Whatever the selected shipping mode, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to follow online delivery of your package.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal fees. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order because we can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

Your package is shipped to your own risk but special care is brought to the package containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.

- letter followed = 2,4 € TTC whatever the volume

For Europe ECE

- letter followed = 4,8 € TTC whatever the volume

For Europe off EEC and rest of the world

- letter followed = 7.2 € TTC whatever the volume

Return of products

The haberdashery of the girlfriend respects the legal period of retraction of 14 calendar days. During this period the consumer can return, at his expense, the products do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the consumer order.

All feedback must be reported beforehand from the company's customer service La Hercerie des girns by an email at the following address: support@la-mercerie-des-copines.fr.

CAUTION: Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are expected for products that have been customized at the customer's request: products to cut, made, custom-made or exclusively.

We recommend the consumer to return the return of its products as follows to ensure the traceability of the shipment.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return expenses that remain the responsibility of the consumer.

The value of the order (value of returned items + shipping costs) will then be refunded by paypal transfer or by check.

With the customer's agreement the return value may be re-credited as a client's account and will be deduced from the following command (s). In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the girlfriend's haberdashery will make every effort to repay the consumer in receiving the goods.
